West Indies all-out for 259 runs

West Indies have scored 259 runs losing all of their wickets after 96.1 overs against hosts Bangladesh during their first Test at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Friday.

The visitors ended up 171 runs behind Bangladesh's first innings score of 430 runs.

Jermaine Blackwood got out scoring 68 runs while Joshua Da Silva scored 42 for the Windies. Mehidy Hasan Miraz took four wickets for Bangladesh while Mustafizur Rahman, Taijul Islam and Neyeem Hasan took two wickets each.

Bangladesh struck twice right before tea break to reduce West Indies to 253-7.

After the tea break, it took Bangladesh only 19 balls to take the remaining three wickets to bundle out West Indies and take a healthy lead.

Hosts Bangladesh took field without ace all-rounder Shakib al Hasan on the third morning. Bangladesh national team's chief selector Minhajul Abedin Nannu told to local media that Shakib will not feature to bowl today and the talisman will be undergo a scan for further assessment.

Shakib, who injured his groin during the third and final ODI, got himself injured once again on the second afternoon.
