Smart Election Management App introduced by the Election Commission (EC) provides all kinds of information related to polls.

This app enables citizens to access comprehensive election information, including details about all seats in every division of the country.

Election commissioner Md Ahsan Habib Khan said, “We are going digital, and it is a symbol of transparency. This app is fair and transparent. I am hopeful to enjoy the benefits of the app. This initiative will be appreciated abroad as well.”

There will be information about the division-wise seats as well as total voters, total seats and detailed information of the candidates, such as affidavits, income tax, election expenditure and wealth statement.

A citizen will also get a graphical description of previous elections.

They will need to put their date of birth and NID number for verification after downloading the app on mobile devices.
