OPPO has officially launched the OPPO A5 Pro in Bangladesh.
It is the country’s first smartphone to receive dual international certifications for water resistance and durability.
The unveiling took place at an exclusive event in Dhaka, featuring national cricket star Mehidy Hasan Miraz as the brand ambassador.
The OPPO A5 Pro boasts IP69, IP68, and IP66 certifications, making it highly resistant to water, dust, and high-pressure sprays. The smartphone also successfully passed Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology’s (BUET) top-rated drop protection tests, reinforcing its durability. Featuring a fiberglass leather design, the device balances rugged protection with sleek aesthetics.
Designed for extreme conditions, the A5 Pro is built with double-tempered glass, an aluminum alloy frame, and sponge bionic cushioning to safeguard critical components. It has endured 14 military-standard durability tests, ensuring resilience against shocks and extreme environments.
The device features a 50MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera, AI-powered image enhancement, and underwater photography mode. It also includes Outdoor Mode, optimizing connectivity and extending usability in harsh conditions.
Powered by a 5,800mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC charging, the A5 Pro delivers extended performance. It is available for pre-order at BDT 23,990, with a free mini speaker and OPPO Super Shield Card offering two years of warranty and accidental damage protection.
