ICT-based academic edu for better future

DHAKA: Pro Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University Dr Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury, also Dean of Business Studies Department of Premier University underscored the need for incorporating ICT knowledge and training into academic learning to build better future of students. 

He was addressing the certificate giving ceremony of a workshop on “Accounting Software” as chief guest.

Business Studies faculty of Premier University, Chittagong organized the workshop in association with software firm PentaGems. Chittagong City Corporation conducted the event. 

Iftekhar Uddin said, “We should be sincere in receiving ICT knowledge and training to make academic education resourceful.”

He distributed certificates among participants and handed over the affrication crest to M Nur Karim Robin, CEO of PentaGems, for his support to the workshop.

The workshop for first batch continued from March 24 to 25 while the 2nd one from March 29 to 30. 

A total of 90 students of BBA-MBA and 10 teachers participated in the workshop.
