DHAKA: The countrywide ‘Digital Public Innovation Fair’ kicked off on Wednesday in a bid to make people aware about e-services to engage them in the digital activities.

In collaboration with ICT ministry and Access to Information (A2I) project of Prime Minister’s Office, public relations department and district information offices are organizing the fair in all 64 district of the country gradually till January 30 of 2015.

The first ever-national level ‘Digital Innovation Fair’ was organized in March 2010.

After this fair, seven divisional digital innovation fairs and five district innovation fairs were held under the supervision of A2I, which helped to propagate awareness and demand creation for speedy and low cost service delivery at grassroots.
