KISHOREGANJ: Miscreants looted over Tk 10 crore from the main branch of Sonali Bank in the district on Sunday.
The authorities of the bank noticed on the incident around 2.30pm but it could not be known when the incident took place.
Manager of the Branch Humayun Kabir Bhuiyan confirmed the matter to banglanews.
He said, “Miscreants dug a passageway into the vault of the bank and looted over Tk 10 crore.”
On information, police rushed in were deployed and cordoned off the bank.
