DHAKA: Investors witnessed gain in the benchmark indices of the country’s bourses on Wednesday.

DSEX, the broad index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 11 points to stand at 4668 at the close on the fourth trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 59,845 with transaction at Tk 2,037 million. Of the issues traded, 143 advanced, 105 declined and 57 remained unchanged.
   
TITASGAS topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 115 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were GP,     AAMRATECH, LAFSURCEML, ICB, CNATEX, SPCL,     AGNISYSL, ACIFORMULA and SQURPHARMA.
 
Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8678 by gaining over 35 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 109 gained, 81 declined and 39 remained unchanged.
