Five persons those involved in bringing communal and provocative content in the question paper of the Bangla first paper in this year's HSC examination, have been identified.

The four question paper moderators were identified as Associate Professor Syed Tajuddin Shaon of Govt Victoria College in Narail, Associate Professor Shafiqur Rahman of Satkhira Govt Girls' College, Assistant Professor Shyamal Kumar Ghosh of Narail's Mirzapur United College and Assistant Professor Rezaul Karim of Bheramara Adorsho College in Kushtia.

Chairman of the Dhaka Education Board Prof Tapan Kumar Sarker disclosed the matter to the media today (Nov 8).

One question paper maker and four moderators from the Jashore Education Board were identified in the connection.

The identified question paper maker is Assistant Professor Prashanta Kumar Pal of Dr Saiful Islam Degree College in Jhenaidah's Moheshpur.

Prof Tapan Kumar Sarker further said that all the accused are from Jashore Education Board.

Referring to these activities as punishable offences, he said the concerned board will issue a show cause notice against the accused soon.

He also recommended the chairman of the Jashore Board to take disciplinary actions against these five accused.
