JnU admission test forgery, held 7

DHAKA: The Jagannath University authority detained seven admission seekers for their involvement in forging in the examination with the help of mobile phones during admission tests of unit ‘C’ on Friday.

The detained students are- Rajan, Dipu Chandra Roy, Pritam, Ashikuzzaman, Yusuf, Imran and Abdul Hossain. 

Sources from the proctor’s office told banglanews that the university authority detained the students, who confessed the guilt, around 3:30pm. 

Confirming the matter, Jagannath University Proctor Dr Nur Mohammad told banglanews that they had handed over the students to Katwali Thana Police.
