DHAKA: The examinations of Masters Degree 1st Part of National University (NU) started on Saturday amid countrywide blockade enforced by BNP-led 20-party alliance.

The exam, in which 98,000 from 74 colleges under National University are participating, started in 60 centers of the country at 9:00am.

Acting examinations controller of the university Bodruzzaman told banglanews that he talked with a few principals of exam centers.

“None faced any problem. The rate of presence is also satisfactory,” he added.

The exam will be completed on January 25. Later, the practical and viva-voce will be taken.
