DHAKA: Education Ministry has postponed Dakhil examinations of Wednesday as 20-party extended their hartal till 6am Friday.

Confirming the matter, deputy chief information officer of the ministry Subodh Chandra Dhali said new date will be declared later.

Besides, the postponed SSC and equivalent exams of March 3 and 4 will be held on March 20 from 9:00am and on March 21 from 10:00am respectively.

Earlier in the day, BNP-led 20-party alliance extended their ongoing 72-hour hartal by 48 more hours till 6am Friday.
