SYLHET: Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Tuesday (February 14) said individual effort is not enough to stop the leaking out of question papers of public examinations.

The minister was talking to journalists at Osmani Airport in Sylhet.

Seeking journalists’ help in nabbing the culprits involved in question leak, Nahid requested all to initiate a social movement against it.

The minister further said they will take a decision about canceling the mathematics examination after evaluating the time and number of questions leak and its effect on SSC candidates.

Additional deputy commissioner of Sylhet Shahidul Islam Chowdhury, district Awami League general secretary Shafiqur Rahman Chowdhury and Sylhet education board chairman Prof AKM Golam Kibria Tapadar were, among others, present at the airport to welcome the minister.
