DHAKA: The Public Service Commission (PSC) said that the date of the preliminary examination of the 40th BCS exams has not been changed due to the severe cyclonic storm ‘Fani’.

The examinations will be held simultaneously at the centres of Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh from 10am to 12pm on Friday (May 3), said Dr Mohammad Sadiq, chairman of PSC. 

However, all HSC and equivalent examinations slated for May 4 have been rescheduled for May 14 ahead of a severe cyclonic storm 'Fani'.
