DHAKA UNIVERSITY: A group of Dhaka University (DU) students locked academic and administrative buildings of the university on Sunday (July 21), demanding cancellation of affiliation of seven colleges with it.

The students put the administrative building of the university, the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Commerce, and the Faculty of Social Sciences under key and lock in this morning. 

As a result, many of the students who came to class have returned to home. The protesters divided into two parts and took position at the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Business.

The first year student of the movement Abul Hasan said that the program will continue until the affiliation of seven colleges is canceled.
