DHAKA: Singer-songwriter-music director Sajia Sultana Putul is currently busy with her two new songs and a novel.

She lent voice to the songs recently.

Of the songs, ‘Aar Jeyonako Ei Obelay’, has been written, tuned and composed by Masum.

Lyric, tune and music arrangement for the other one, titled ‘Somoyer Kache Minoti’, was from Putul herself. 

Shooting for ‘Aar Jeyonako Ei Obelay’ is slated to kick off next week.

It may release at the end of December if everything goes alright. Otherwise, the release will be on early next year, Putul told banglanews Friday (Dec 7).

Label E-Music will open the song. 

‘Somoyer Kache Minoti’ has been developed from two of Putul’s own poems. The song is somewhat extra long in duration, of 11 minutes.

“The song has a specialty; the audience can realize it once they give listens to it. Will decide the launching after making a studio version video of it,” she added.

Sajia Sultana Putul, also a writer, meanwhile has finished writing of her new novel ‘Putul Kabyik Uponnash’ slated to release in Amar Ekushey Book Fair in February, 2019.
