Bangladesh recorded two more COVID-19 deaths and seven new infections in the 24 hours till Saturday morning, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
With the latest update, the country’s total death toll has reached 29,521, while the overall caseload stands at 2,052,080.
In the last 24 hours, 181 samples were tested, resulting in a daily positivity rate of 3.87%.
The overall positivity rate is now 13.04%, with a fatality rate of 1.44% based on confirmed cases.
