Donald Trump declared victory in the U.S. presidential election as he addressed an exuberant crowd of supporters in Florida. 

This declaration follows key wins in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia, positioning the Republican leader for a triumphant return to the White House and leaving Vice President Kamala Harris with a slim path to victory.

Shortly before Trump took the stage, Fox News projected his victory, though other major U.S. networks have yet to make a similar call. 

The announcement, if confirmed by additional networks, would mark an extraordinary political comeback for Trump, who lost the presidency to Joe Biden in 2020.

The mood among Trump supporters was electric as the former president spoke, capitalizing on the wave of wins that also saw the Republican Party projected to regain control of the Senate. 

In contrast, the atmosphere was subdued at Harris's campaign headquarters, with supporters departing quietly after the news broke. Harris announced she would not be making a statement today.

Trump’s apparent victory, pending full network confirmations, is poised to reshape the political landscape and set the stage for a new chapter in U.S. politics.
