DHAKA: Cyclone Winston has slammed into Fiji, killing five people and causing widespread devastation across the islands.

A nationwide curfew and a state of natural disaster was issued for the country as the category 5 tropical cyclone - the strongest on record in the Southern Hemisphere - moved in, reports the stuff.co.nz
