MOULVIBAZAR: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also ruling Awami League president is scheduled to visit Moulvibazar on Saturday.

Sources said the premier will address a rally at Barolekha Degree College ground at 03:30pm on the day.

She will inaugurate some development projects including technical training institute for orphans and physical challenged children, district freedom fighter complex, Itauri Mahila Dakhil Madrasa building, Chandgaon AU Dakhil Madrasa Academic building and academic building of Ozuri high school.

Besides, the prime Minister will also lay foundation stone of Barolekha Thana building, Juri Upazila health complex building, Kathaltali-Madhabkunda road repairing, Dhalchhara sub-project hydraulic structure, Pathria Chhotolekha high school building, 500 seated auditorium-cum multipurpose hall, Juri hospital building.

Meanwhile, centering Prime Minister’s visit the town has been decorated with banners, placards, festoon and posters. Security measures have been beefed up too.

Moulvibazar Deputy Commissioner Kamrul Hasan confirmed the matter to banglanews.
