Shawwal moon may be sighted on Friday: Met office

The Shawwal moon may be sighted on Friday (April 21), according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD). 

If the moon is sighted on Friday, Eid-ul-Fitr, the largest festival of Muslims, will be celebrated on April 22 (Saturday).
