CHITTAGONG: Police held 32 Malaysia-bound people from a hotel in Baddarhat area under Chandgaon Thana of the port city on Sunday morning.

Sources said that a gang of brokers gathered the people in the area to send Malaysia illegally.

Later, acting on a tip off, police in a drive held them including a broker from hotel Al-Sakira at around 6:00am

Chandgoan Thana Office-in-Charge Syed Abdur Rauf confirmed the matter to banglanews.
