Police recovered bullet-hit bodies of two people on Wednesday (July 26) morning from Alutila Germplasm area under Matiranga in Khagrachari district. 

The deceased were identified as Alopam Chakma, 47, and Pritimay Chakma, 48

Matiranga Police Station officer-in-charge Md Zakaria confirmed the matter.

Earlier local people saw the two bullet-hit bodies around 7 am today in Germplasm area and they informed the matter to police.

Later, police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies. However, the police have not yet confirmed the identities of the murderers.
