DHAKA: The president of Ekattorer Ghatak Dalal Nirmul Committee Shahriar Kabir urged government to ban Jamaat-e-Islam and Hefajat-e-Islam.

He came up with the assertion at Shahbag Ganajagaran Mancha on Friday evening.

Shahriar Kabir said that the practice of Jamaat-Shibir-Hefajat circle’s politics should be halted to uphold the honor and dignity of the Liberation War. So the parties must be banned from politics through executive orders by this month of victory.

He also said the violence of Jamaat-Shibir has become limitless. So they should be treated as “Tit for tat” by military force.

Shahriar Kabir urged the common people to be associated to fight back against this baddies as the nation came forward in 1971 to save the country.

If the nation is united then no conspiracy will be good enough to save the convicted war criminals, he added.
