MUNSHIGANJ: Ferry services on Doulatdia-Paturia river route resumed Monday morning after a 10 hours suspension due to poor visibility for dense fog.

Ten Ro-Ro ferries and two K-type ferries started carrying vehicles from 9:00am.

Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) Paturia Manager (commercial) Slaluddin confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier five Ro-Ro ferries got stuck in the mid of Padma River due to poor visibility for dense fog at around 11:00pm sunday.
