Three passengers of a CNG-run auto-rickshaw were killed after being crushed by a drum truck in Outpara area of Sadar Upazila of Manikganj on Monday (January 8) morning.

However, the identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Sadar police station officer-in-charge (OC) Habil Hossain confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

He said that the drum truck ran over a CNG-powered autorickshaw in Sadar's Outpara area leaving on dead on the spot and two injured. 

When two injured were taken to the hospital, the doctor declared them dead, he said. 

The drum truck was seized later, the OC added.
