DHAKA: Guinness World Records has certified that Bangladesh’s human national flag with participation of 27,117 volunteers as the world`s largest one.

Guinness World Records authority published it on its website on Saturday.

The flag was created on the Victory Day with the help of Bangladesh Army and sponsorship of Mobile operator Robi Axiata Ltd.

Thousands of Bangladeshi students and armed forces held up red and green colored placards in National Parade Ground to create the huge Bangladesh national flag.
