Police in a drive arrested an alleged woman drug peddler along with three kilograms of heroin from Godagari upazila of Rajshahi.
 
The arrested was Shima Begum, 35, of Kanpara village under Godagari upazila, according to police sources.
 
On a tip-off, a team of detective branch (DB) of police conducted a raid in Kanpara area and arrested Shima Begum and recovered three kilograms of heroin from her possession around 3.40 am.
 
A case was recorded with Godagari Police Station in this connection and the arrested person with the seized contraband goods was sent to court this morning.
