Justice Md. Rezaul Haque will serve as a vacation chamber judge in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
The chief justice has nominated Justice Md. Rezaul Haque as a vacation judge to dispose of urgent matters related to cases of the Appellate Division during the vacation of the Supreme Court from December 19 to January 1, said a notification.
He will hold hearings in the Chamber Court on December 19, 22, 24, 26, 29 and 31 at 11 am in person to resolve urgent matters related to the case.
This order has been issued in the public interest.
