A fire that erupted at the Love Leen Bangla Restaurant in Uttara’s Sector-12 on Friday (Dec 20) morning has been successfully brought under control. 

The incident, which took place around 10:38 am today, triggered a prompt response from the Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD).

Fire Service and Civil Defence Media Cell officer Md Anwar told that the fire at Love Leen Restaurant in Uttara's Sector-12 was brought under control at 2:02 pm. A total of 12 units worked to control the fire. We have rescued a total of 7 people. 

There have been no fatalities. Initially, we believe the fire started on the ground floor and spread upwards, he added.

While the cause of the fire remains unknown, authorities are investigating the incident. No casualties have been reported at this time.
