DHAKA: Three lakh people will sing the national anthem together on March 26 at the National Parade Ground on the occasion of the Independence Day of the country.

The Ministry of Cultural Affairs took the decision in a meeting on Monday.   

The decision was taken to get Bangladesh listed with the Guinness World Records by gathering the largest choir to sing the national anthem.

Earlier, Bangladesh set a Guinness World Record with the creation of the world`s largest human national flag by using 27,117 people though an initiative of Robi Axiata Limited and Bangladesh Army.
