The interim government has launched an initiative to prepare a proclamation for the July uprising, aiming to consolidate national unity, anti-fascist sentiment, and the desire for state reform. 

A statement from the chief adviser's press wing confirmed this decision, emphasizing that the proclamation will reflect the perspectives of all stakeholders, including the anti-discrimination student movement that led the uprising.

The proclamation will incorporate the views of students, political parties, and other entities involved in the uprising, expressing the unity and aspirations of the people. 

The government hopes to finalize the proclamation through national consensus within a few days, presenting it to the nation.
