MUNSHIGANJ: US Ambassador to Bangladesh Dan W Mozena on Sunday said Bangladesh would be the pioneer of developing countries in the world within a short span of time.

The US diplomat came up with the observation in a view exchanging meeting with officials of administration at Deputy Commissioner’s conference room in the district on Sunday morning.

Mozena also became charmed after watching the culture, tradition and history of Bikrampur on a projector screen.

The US envoy, moreover, made a visit to the farmers of the area and interacted with them in the noon.

Deputy Commissioner of the district Saiful Hasan Badal, Police Super Habibur Rahaman, Additional Deputy Commissioners Barrister Golam Sarwar and Sagarika Nasrin were, among others, on the occasion.
