The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted dry weather with a temporary partly cloudy sky across the country for the next 24 hours, effective from 9am tomorrow.
According to a BMD bulletin, light to moderate fog is expected over the country from late night to early morning.
Mild cold waves are sweeping through Rajshahi, Pabna, Naogaon, Dinajpur, Moulvibazar, and Chuadanga districts, and are expected to continue.
The bulletin also noted that the night temperature will remain relatively unchanged, while daytime temperatures may experience a slight drop.
On Friday, the highest temperature of 31.6°C was recorded in Sitakunda, Chattogram Division, while the minimum temperature today was 8.5°C in Srimangal, Sylhet Division.
The sun will set at 5:49 pm today and rise at 6:35 am tomorrow in the capital.
