DHAKA: India and Bangladesh will conduct a joint assessment of stocks of Hilsa fish in Bay of Bengal.
The two countries will also exchange varieties of fish for commercial cultivation in their countries.
The decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the Joint Working Group on Fisheries that ended in Dhaka on Thursday night.
