The Russian House in Dhaka today (May 20), hosted the grand opening ceremony of the large-scale running event - the international marathon "One Run".

"One Run" is a unique sports project that will take place on May 24 and bring together over 200,000 participants from 25 countries worldwide, including Serbia, Bahrain, Armenia, Egypt, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Nepal, Cameroon, UAE, China, and others. 

This year, Bangladesh will join the marathon for the first time, with about 1,000 runners participating.

The opening ceremony was attended by Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bangladesh Ekaterina Semenova, members of the diplomatic corps, journalists, and future participants of the race.
