DHAKA: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) took a decision to investigate the allegation against Jatiya Party (JP) secretary general Ruhul Amin Hawlader regarding his illegal wealth.

ACC Deputy Director (Public Relations) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter to banglanews on Wednesday noon.

He said ACC got information about huge amount of illegal wealth of Ruhul Amin outside of that were mentioned in the affidavit to Election Commission.

ACC decided to probe into the matter as we were informed he also has huge amount of property in Kuakata, Pranab added.
