MUNSHIGANJ: Two motorcyclists were killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Dohar road in Ferryghat Bypass area under Sreenagar upazila of the district on Saturday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Billal Hossain Sani, 30 and Sazzad Hossain, 28.

Witnesses said a rashly driven Dhaka-bound passenger bus crushed into their motorbike in the area around 5:00pm, leaving them dead on the spot.

Following the accident, agitated locals set fire to the bus. On information, Sreenagar fire service rushed in and brought the blaze under control.

Sreenagar Thana Assistant Sub-Inspector Anwar Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
