3 sustain bullet injury among 7 hurt in city

DHAKA: Seven people were injured including three sustained bullet injury in a clash over land property at Bijoynagar area of the capital on Friday noon.

Of the injured, six are Nazma Begum, 60, owner of Nazma Developers and workers Rubia Khatun, Razia, Rashid, Emdad Hawlader and Anika.

Osman Gani, son of injured Nazma Begum, told banglanews they owed money to another developer Habib who was hiding from them.

Habib’s goons attacked and shot them when on information of Habib’s presence Nazma went for her money, leaving seven injured including three bullet sustained bullet.

The injured were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Sub-Inspector of Ramna Thana Mizanur Rahman told banglanews that they were probing the matter.
