BNP gets DMP permission

DHAKA: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) gave conditional permission to Jubo Dal for holding rally at Suhrawardy Udyan Thursday on the occasion of May Day.

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is scheduled to address the rally.

BNP vice-chairman Abdullah-Al-Noman confirmed the matter to banglanews on Wednesday.   

The rally will start at 3:00pm, he added.
