Confiscate moveable properties of Nur: Court

NARAYANGANJ: A Narayanganj court on Wednesday ordered to confiscate all moveable properties of Nur Hossain, main accused of sensational seven-murder, including panel mayor Nazrul Islam and lawyer Chandan Sarker.

Senior Judicial Magistrate of Narayanganj KM Mohiuddin passed the order after a plea of DB Police Inspector (investigation) Mamunur Rashid Mandal in the evening.

Sources said law enforcers would conduct a drive in this regard on Thursday.

Inspector of Narayanganj court police Habibur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

On April 30, Narayanganj City Corporation Councilor Nazrul Islam, senior lawyer Chandan Kumar Sarker and five others were found dead floating on River Shitalkkhya after 3-day of their abduction.
