KHULNA: Country’s first museum cum archive on genocide and torture during Liberation War in 1971 was inaugurated in Khulna on Saturday noon.  

Bangladesh Itihas Sommiloni Khulna unit inaugurated it at late doctor M Nasim’s house at 334 Sher-e-Bangla Road in the town.    

Noted historian and writer Dr. Muntasir Mamun inaugurated the museum.  

Museum implement committee convener also Bangladesh Itihas Sommiloni Khulna adviser Dr Sheikh Baharul Alam presided over the programme.
