DHAKA: Two people were electrocuted in Adabar and Rayerbazar area in the city on Wednesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Kuddus, 25 and Masud, 18.

Sources said that Masud came in contact with live electricity while working in a under construction building in Rayerbazar area and, leaving critically injured.

Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead around 11:30am.

On the other hand, a worker named Kuddus became critically injured while working in another under construction building in Adabar Thana road area.

Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctor declared him dead.
