DHAKA: Five additional justices of the High Court have been regularized in the services on Monday. 

President Abdul Hamid has confirmed the service of the judges with the consultation of Chief Justice according to Article 95 of the Constitution. 

Ministry of law on Monday published the gazette notification to this effect.

The newly appointed judges are Justice Ashis Ranjan Das, Justice Mahmudul Haque, Justice Badruzzaman Badal, Justice Jafar Ahmed and Justice Kazi Ejarul Haque Akando. 

The confirmations will be effective from the day the judges take oath.
