THAKURGAON: Border Security Force (BSF) of India abducted a Bangladeshi cattle trader from Molani frontier under Haripur upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The victim was identified as Monir Hossain, 22, son of Khalil Udiin, hailed from Maradhar village of the upazila.

Sources said that BDF picked up the victim from near to border pillar 372 around 4:00am. 

Confirming the matter, BGB-30 Molani Camp Commander Shahjahan told banglanews, “A letter was sent to BSF to hold a flag meeting to get back the abducted man.”
