DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina asserted that no resource is bigger than skilled human resources.
“The government is giving priority to science and technology, technical education to make country’s manpower into human resources. Bangladesh will go ahead if the government able to educate its people with time-befitting knowledge,” the premier added.
She came up with the observation while addressing the inaugural ceremony of Vocational Education Week at Bangabandhu International Conference Center at Agargaon in the city Wednesday morning.
Mentioning vocational course has already been introduced in about 1,800 non-government schools across the country, the premier said our students are talented. If they get facilities, they will take Bangladesh forward in education, knowledge and technology.
She hopes that a hunger and poverty-free Bangladesh would be built by 2021. And Bangladesh is going forward to fulfill the goal.
