DHAKA: State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the legal processes to bring Nur Hossain back to home from India, the prime accused of Narayanganj seven-murder case, have already started.

“Bangladesh foreign ministry is contacting with its Indian counterpart about the matter,” he said.

The state minister made the disclosure while answering questions to journalists after a conference at Ahasan Ullah Science and Technology University on narcotic on Wednesday.

About visiting Indian external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, Asaduzzaman Khan said, “We don’t have meeting with her. But foreign ministry may discuss the issue.”

The minister claimed that the government will not interfere on Narayangaj by-poll which is scheduled to be held on Thursday.
