DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is set to meet President M Abdul Hamid on a courtesy call at Bangabhaban on Wednesday night.

The premier will meet the president at 8:00pm, said a competent source from the party.

During the parley, they also will discuss about the premier’s recent visit to China and Japan.

They also would discuss about the recent political situation especially United Nations secretary general Ban Ki-moon’s proposal for dialogue between Awami League and BNP leaders.

The trial of war crime accused may also be an important issue in the meeting, sources added.
