RAJSHAHI: The Rajshahi University has introduced cluster question instead of separate question papers for different subjects for undergraduate admission tests beginning 2010-11 sessions.

Moreover, the candidates may apply for the admission test through mobile SMS.

Professor M Abdus Sobhan, Vice-Chancellor of the university said the initiatives were aimed at modernising the admission process.

Under the cluster method, there will be a common question paper for three or four similar subjects.

“It will help complete the exams within short period of time without hampering the regular classes,” said a top official of the university.

The exams are likely to take place in October.
