COX’S BAZAR: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel seized 20,000 pieces of yaba tablets from Najir Para area under Teknaf upazila of the district on Friday.

BGB sources said, acting on a tip-off, BGB personnel conducted a special drive in the afternoon and seized the huge amount Yaba tablets from the area.

The law enforcers could not nab anyone in this connection.

Captain of Teknaf BGB-42 Lieutenant Colonel Abujar Al Zahid confirmed the matter to banglanews.
