KUSHTIA: Bodies of all 12 victims of boat capsize were recovered from Padma River in phases till Thursday noon.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Deputy Commissioner Syed Belal Hossain said, “Families of all victims were given Tk 20,000 for funeral expenditure.”

Allude to, on Eid Day afternoon, a boat carrying 19 people capsized in Padma in Daulatpur. 15 went missing and other managed to swim to the bank.
